What you put in a room
Your products, films, brochures, models, contracts and copy stay yours. Nothing about hosting them makes them ours. You give us the permission we need to store them, convert them where a format demands it, and show them to the people you invite — and that permission ends when you delete the material or close the account.
You are telling us, by putting it in a room, that you have the right to. That matters most for the things easiest to forget: a photographer’s images, a typeface’s licence, a model built by somebody else, a client’s logo on a slide.
We do not sell your material, and we do not show it to anyone but the people you invite. We look at it only when you ask us to help with something, or when we have to in order to fix a fault or answer a legal demand we cannot refuse.
We will not use it to train a model that serves anybody but you. If we ever want to use your material to improve something of ours, we will ask you first, in plain terms, and carry on without it if you would rather we did not — a licence to host your catalogue is not a licence to learn from it.
How your rooms perform is yours too. We turn it into reports for you; we do not sell it, and we do not pool it with other customers’ rooms and sell that.
